Swimmers are expected to be on poolside 5 minutes before the start time on the timetable.
All swimmers must hit the minimum sessions any concerns or issues need to be raised with the head coach.
Please ensure you are hitting the required session for your group.
Required sessions are the maximum amount the swimmers can attend.
